We give you a convenient time slot and we will call you 30 minutes before arrival to give you time to prepare.

Our warranty on parts is 12 months, and if your problem is not resolved, you will not be charged for a second visit. You can speak to a technician before he attends for his opinion. We attend thousands of call-outs, and if we believe your machine is not economically viable, we will try to inform you over the phone whenever possible.

We established ourselves at The Radleys Island, Sheldon, in 1995 as a small shop repairing televisions. In 2013, we became a limited company, Appliance Service Centre Ltd, and Mr Wash was born. We still serve the local community, but now cover much of the West Midlands, providing service to 48 Howdens depots, schools, universities, and hundreds of customers, always striving to give value for money and great personable service.
