When you call our expert staff they will endeavour to be clear about our charges. It is helpful if you can supply the model number and make of the washing machine and identify if it is free standing or built in. Knowledge of the fault and any pictures or videos can help us to decide at the earliest point whether the repair is economically viable.

Not viable means it would cost more to repair than to replace it. Parts might not be available anymore or we may not think the appliance will not be reliable in the future.

We are happy to tell you this over the phone when possible. You don’t pay a call-out and we can send our engineer to another repair that’s viable, and that’s good for you and good for the planet!

Fitting FAULTS TO LOOK OUT FOR

• Unit fitted too tightly or misaligned with area.

• Pipes running between the legs of your machines.

• Machines with insufficient ground clearance.

• Blown woodwork due to steam or water leaking from the dishwasher.

• Dishwasher not starting due to no power.

• Dishwasher is louder than usual.
